To deepen and promote internationalized education, the school has established amicable cooperative relations with several

 famous schools in Germany, the UK, Australia and the United States. It worked with the Australian language training institution

 E—COMM on the English Experimental Class and concluded and entered into an agreement on amicable exchange with Willy

 Brandt High School of Germany, Haybridge High School of the UK and Camelot Academy of the United States. The school is 

opening to the outside world in an all-round way, participating in the international exchange on its own initiative. It is broad-

minded, with expanded horizons, welcoming visitors from all over the world. By receiving international students and introducing 

high-quality senior high curriculum, the school continuously improves its curriculum system. In 2016, the U.S. student Eddie John

 O’ Brien studied A Series of Courses on Chinese Culture for one semesterin our school. The school organized a team of 

outstanding teachers to write A Series of Courses for Exchange Students on Chinese Culture, covering the subjects including

 Chinese, P.E., Fine Arts, Music, Geography, History, Ideology and Morality, English and Physics, which makes Eddie fall in love with 

China and Chinese culture. The program “8:00 p.m.” of Chengdu TV Station gave a special coverage about it. In 2017, upon 

examination and approval from International Cooperation and Exchange Office under Sichuan Provincial Education Department, the 

school officially undertook the program, National Security Language Initiative for Youth (NSLI-Y). From 2017 to 2018, the program 

National Security Language Initiative for Youth that was organized by AFS Intercultural Programs was officially carried out in the 

school. For only 2 years, the school has already received 57 youths from the United States.

   Due to its remarkable performance in international exchange and great achievements in the development and construction of

 courses on education for international understanding, in 2018, the school was appraised by Chengdu Municipal Education Bureau 

as “Chengdu Internationalized Education Beacon School”. It is one of the first batch of such schools.
